These Terms govern the use of the XEUS CONSTRUCTIONS institutional website. By accessing and browsing, you fully accept the conditions described herein.

All content (text, images, marks, logos, projects) is owned by XEUS CONSTRUCTIONS or by third-party licensors. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Website content is informational only. XEUS CONSTRUCTIONS is not liable for inaccuracies or for temporary unavailability of the site.

5. Alternative dispute resolution

Under Law no. 144/2015, in the event of a dispute the consumer may turn to Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities (CNIACC — competent for the district of Braga — www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org; European ODR platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

6. Complaints Book

Under Decree-Law no. 74/2017, we provide an electronic Complaints Book, available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Braga shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, with express waiver of any other.
